Branding
Brand Identity is about being consistent and helping a brand be identifiable.
With only a logo designed, there was a need to create cohesive branding for Excel Engineering. A Style Guide with outlined fonts, and pantones was required.
Content
With a low budget for advertising, an effective content strategy was required. Social Media services, such as LinkedIn were a factor in creating an authentic brand identity.
Old blog content was still performing well, but with no new content created, the opportunities were being passed up by competitors.

Every year Excel Engineering hosts their annual technical conference. This conference is an opportunity to give back to the Engineering community, by allowing for personal development hours. This conference also allows for networking among engineers with industry professionals.
Excel Engineering also hosts various employee appreciation events, these are designed to give back to current employees, as well as showcase to potential hires.
Print Design
Part of hosting a large event, is making sure your attendees leave with a memorable experience. Printed guides for NFPA 70E trainings, and conference outlines are part of creating that memorable, cohesive branding experience.
Community Outreach
An important aspect of a local business is visibility. Utilizing community outreach to build up the community, and offer mentorship to the new generations.
Working with International Baccalaureate schools to offer mentorship programs for Engineering Students. There is a way to promote community, while also finding opportunities for talent.

Technical SEO helps a search engine understand how a website is laid out.
This helps a website rank correctly for the content, as well as ranking higher than competitors with similar content. Excel had identified a need to improve Technical SEO on their Wordpress site.
